Diners watch the live board and book the deals they like. Each booking lands in your inbox with the guest’s details, date, time, party size and the offer.

The guest turns up; you give them the discount on food (drinks stay full price). No deposit changes hands — the small £2-per-person booking fee is the guest’s, not yours.
